I'm not much of a chilli person but my brother convinced me that there is one I'd like. So I decided to give @thegoodchillike a try because it is what my brother recommended
And it didnt disappoint. I thought I'd have to eat my food very slowly as I wait for my tongue to recover from the burning sensation but that was far from it
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was and how much it elevated my food
You can cook with it, add it in sauces or just spread it on your meat
The options are endless, the Good Chilli lives up to its name
Note:they have other hotter chillies so incase you want to try them out check out their IG page, they deliver 😊😊😊
OK so you know how I'm a fan of chilli sauce? Like who doesn't like a bit of extra spice on their food right?! But it's gotta be tasty, and add its own unique flavour - like I think ketchup is a serious abomination, if the food tastes so good why you adding some tangy mess to it?! Recently though, I found a local company that is doing real, fresh, all, natural and homegrown chilli sauces that add serious depth and flavour to your food.
Its called @thegoodchillike and you gotta check them out! They have the ULTIMATE hot sauce, and I mean SERIOUSLY hot - the Slow Burn as its called, starts off interestingly hot, with a pleasant spicy aftertaste - AND THEN it kicks in, surrounding and coating the inside of your mouth with FIRE. This one is not for the faint hearted, but if you love chilli you will adore it.
The slow burns little sister is the Tangy Twist, made from the same hot chillies as a base but slightly less hot - just incase you don't wanna be so brave. But don't get me wrong, it's still bloody hot!
Then there's the Sweet Chilli, the perfect dipping sauce for your spring rolls. Tangy and lip smacking with a sweet finish, and not too hot so you can just keep dipping.
And finally, my all time favourite, the Cayenne. Spicy, but not too spicy, more in a deep peppery sort of way with an acid twist. It's savoury and light and it goes well with everything! Be it chips, meat or veggies!
Can't wait to see what other sauces they come out with...
